Payment Options

We offer two simple payment plans; two monthly payments of $825.00 ea. for the training + $250.00 for the state exam application and testing or four biweekly payments of $412.50 ea. for training and $250 for state exam application and testing fees.
Option 1

For the two (2) monthly payment option, your first payment of $825.00 is due upon acceptance to the training. Your second payment will be due prior to receiving your certificate of completion.
Option 2

For the four (4) payment Option, your first payment of $412.50 is due upon acceptance to the training. Each subsequent payment of $412.50 will be made approximately every two weeks with the balance + the $250 state exam fee to be paid in full prior to award of your certificate of completion.

Payment Methods

1. Go to www.sterlingsolutionsca.org. From the top menu select MORE and from the drop down menu select TRAINING FEES. On the Training fees page scroll down to FEES. Under fees go to the first category Online Training and Career Counseling and select PAY NOW.

2. A CHECKOUT popup menu will appear. Under Online Payment please enter the amount you wish to pay. In the NOTES box underneath you can make any comments about the payment (e.g. "1 of 4 payments", "partial payment", etc. ). Put in your payment information. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Don't forget to accurately include your email to receive a receipt for your payment.

3. Continue down to the bottom of the box until you see the "Pay" button. Click it and submit your payment.
Payment Agreement

I agree to make payments according to my selected payment option until I have completed my entire payment of $1900.00 USD for this training program. I understand and agree failure to pay the training fee in full and by the agreed payment due date may leave my account subject to a hold and may result in withholding of BeHOPE Program certification. Additional penalties may also be incurred in accordance with BeHOPE's late payment policy of 5% of the installment payment. Sterling Solutions also maintains the right to pursue collections and legal fees if necessary. I also understand and agree that any payment made to Sterling Solutions will be credited first to any delinquent charges accrued and then applied to remaining balances.
