I understand that I am responsible for all jewelry, clothing, accessories, seating areas, bedding, furnishings I come in contact with after my spray tanning session in case of staining or damage. I understand that I do not hold Bronz'd & Brand'd LLC and/or independent contractors responsible for any of these items in my home.

The ingredients in spray tanning solutions have been safely used in cosmetic and nutritional products for decades and have been proven safe for the skin. If you had adverse effects utilizing self tanning products or moisturizers in the past, you may experience similar effects with spray tanning. There are occasions where individuals may be allergic to one or more ingredients in the spray tan solution. Please discuss this with the spray tan artist before proceeding.

A spray tan will not protect your skin from burning in the natural sun or in a UV tanning bed. Please use sunscreen as you normally would. It is recommended to use dark sheets if going to bed before showering. The initial bronzers in the spray tanning solution may transfer to clothing or fabric. The bronzers are water soluble and will wash out of most fabrics.

I agree to hold Bronz'd & Brand'd LLC harmless of any and all medical complications that may arise. I am aware I need to discontinue use if any reaction occurs. I hereby agree to release Bronz'd & Brand'd LLC, employees, contractors and manufacturers from any or all damages that I might incur due to the use of Bronz'd & Brand'd LLC services and products.

I, the undersigned, understand and agree to comply with all instructions and prep tips below. I am using these services at my own risk. The wear of spray tan depends upon your age, texture and absorbency ability and the after care that is given. I am not allergic to any dyes, inks or cosmetics to my knowledge, and if I am I will discuss these concerns with my doctor and my spray technician before I receive a spray tan.

By signing below, I allow Bronz'd & Brand'd LLC to use any photos taken or shared with Bronz'd & Brand'd LLC so long as they are used with professional discretion.

I have read and agree to the terms above and I affirm that I am in good health and have not been in contact with anyone experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 in the last 10 days as detailed by the CDC.
