Event Setup and Breakdown Crew: We're looking for volunteers who can help set everything up before the event starts and help clean up afterwards. This includes setting up tables, chairs, decor, signage, and assisting with the breakdown at the end of the event.Registration Desk Volunteers: Help us with event check-in, handing out name-tags and event materials, and directing attendees. This is great for people who are organized and love to greet people!Event Greeters and Guides: Welcome our attendees, provide directions, and create a warm and inviting atmosphere. Ideal for friendly and outgoing individuals.Food and Beverage Volunteers: Assist with serving food and beverages during the event. This could involve working with the catering team to set up, serve, and clean up.Fashion Show Coordinator: Assist in coordinating the fashion show segment of the event. Responsibilities might include helping models with their wardrobe changes, managing the runway schedule, or acting as a liaison between event management and models.Photography/Videography Volunteers: Help us capture the magic of the event. Ideal for those with photography or videography experience and their own equipment.Social Media Ambassadors: Engage with attendees, snap pictures, update live event happenings, and boost event visibility on various social media channels.Fundraising Volunteers: Support the fundraising activities held during the event, such as raffles or auctions.Entertainment Team: Assisting performers, managing stage, coordinating with entertainers ensuring a successful performance.
