Youth Mental Health Summit and Resource Fair
Please join KidsMatter, the Prevention Leadership Team, and the DuPage County Health Department to address youth mental health. Youth and families are continuing to experience the impacts of social media and loneliness on their mental health and anxiety, depression, and school refusal remain a concern in our communities. Participants will learn about recent national and local data as well as research driven youth developmental assets and strategies to support positive growth and empowerment. Attendees will include parents, students, schools & districts, youth serving organizations, professionals, local government and business leaders. We will come together to learn more about this issue and how to individually, in our organizations, and collectively as a county, positively support and impact youth and families. We will also take time to highlight and celebrate important accomplishments over the last year through grant support as well as share resources.
