Puppy Wait List Contract

My mission is to raise smart healthy Pomskies that will adjust well to their new families. I want everyone to enjoy their new pets as much as we enjoy ours, and therefore be lifetime companions and keep the lines of communication open between your family and ours.

Puppy Wait List Contract

After talking with you and reviewing your application we would love to add you
to the Carrousel Pomskies owner family! We want to be completely transparent before we move forward with collecting a deposit. By placing a deposit you are confirming that you have read this contract in its entirety and you agree to the terms.

1. You are placing a $1000.00 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT to reserve one puppy pick position from a future litter. This deposit will be credited towards the purchase price of your puppy.

2. Puppies range from $3000-$4000

3. Maine Aim Ranch Pomskies reserves the right to hold back ANY puppy for our breeding program.

4. Wait list picks will be taken when the litter is 3 Weeks of age and are ready to go home to you by week 8.

5. Price does NOT include transportation costs. Flight nanny fees within the USA are vary depending on your location.

6. The breeder cannot provide an absolute guarantee, (regardless of verbal or written communication) regarding the precise coloring, markings, size, weight, hips, patellas, or breeding capability of any puppy, as these factors may potentially evolve into adulthood.We do our best to look at each parent dog’ s genetic traits to make accurate predictions, but we cannot control genetics.

Buyer's Commitment: Provide appropriate care, feeding, housing and veterinary care for the puppy. If breeding rights have not been acquired, it is obligatory for the pets/non-breeders to be spayed or neutered within the puppies' 6 months of age. Confirmation of these health records must be submitted to us by email. You are willing to make a full and honest effort to potty training and training the dog to be a part of your family. Baxter & Bella is a great training resource and if purchased and used will help the training process tremendously.

As explicitly explained in the contract, By placing a deposit you understand that we cannot guarantee the specific size of the puppy as an adult, we can only give an approximate weight based on the parent’s weights and rate by which the puppies are growing each week.
