Attorney fees, cost of litigation, consequential damages: In the event it becomes necessary for OK Fishing League to employ and agency and /or attorney to represent us for collection of any monies due under this agreement or any of the terms or provisions thereof. The contracting party shall pay to OKFL in addition to such sums as may be due to such other relief to which OKFL may be entitled, reasonable collection fees and/or attorney fees, court cost, and other cost of litigation and consequential damages if applicable. Sponsor agrees to purchase advertising and understands this is reservation of space cannot be canceled.
