Camper Information
If you have more than one camper attending note the name of the child for which the information applies.

Is there anything we should know about your child to help them enjoy themselves and be successful at camp (medical conditions, diagnoses, sensitivities to textures/scents).

Are there any medications that your child may need during the camp day like a rescue inhaler? We ask that any regularly prescribed or over the counter medicine be administered at home.

Camp Details

Half Day session $260 per child per week
(additional siblings/weeks discounted to $245)

Age 6 to 10
Morning sessions from 9 am - noon
doors open for drop-off from 8:45 to 9, pickup at Noon

Age 10 to 14
Afternoon sessions from 1:00 to 4:00 pm
doors open for drop-off at 12:45 pm, pickup at 4:00 pm

A *non-refundable $50 deposit per week of camp is required to reserve your space. Spaces are not confirmed until your deposit is received.
Bookings must be paid in full by May 20 to guarantee your place, after that spaces will be reserved first come - first served with payment in full.
There is a 5% processing fee for CC payments

What do campers need to bring:

A snack for each session and a water bottle
Dress comfortably in clothes that are not precious, art is messy and clothing may get stained despite our best efforts to avoid that.
Some weeks we may ask for campers to bring specific items for projects. Campers and parents will be notified before the week starts.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

Refund (less 5% processing fee & deposit) for cancellations before June 1.
No Refunds for cancellations less than 14 days before camp.
Cancellations after June 1 will receive studio credit only. This includes all enrollments received after June 1 (if space is available once camp begins they can be booked up to 2 weeks prior to the start date)
Transfers will be permitted if space is available. The deadline for transfer requests is 14 days prior to your registered week.

*Tuition will be refunded in full (including deposit & fees) if camp is cancelled due to low enrollment.

Camper Behavior Policy:

The safety and enjoyment of all campers is our top priority. Therefore, if your child creates an unsafe environment for themselves or other campers, or threatens or displays violence towards staff and/or students we reserve the right to refuse their continued participation in camp. Intentional destruction of the Center or other's property will also result in your child being removed from camp. Replacement and/or repair costs are the responsibility of the parent/guardian. Bullying is not tolerated. Campers will be counseled and parents notified if it occurs. If the child does not respond to the counsel of the instructor/director they may be refused further participation in summer camp at Eclipse.

Tuition of the week that these behaviors are displayed will not be refunded. Tuition of any future weeks will be refunded. Deposits are non-refundable.

Liability Waiver:

I hereby release and hold harmless Eclipse Center for Creative Community its trustees, directors, officers, employees, agents, licensees or the propery owner VLS Inc. and their trustees, directors, officers and employees from any and all claims, causes of action, suits or liability, costs, expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys' fees) damages and liabilities arising out of, or in connection with, any loss, personal injury, death, or other damage that I or my child may incur or suffer by reason or as a result of enrollment or participation in classes, events, camps, or lessons at Eclipse Center for Creative Community. I expressly assume all risk.

Your submission of this form serves as your signed acknowledgment of and agreement to the liability waiver, terms, conditions and policies in regard to participation in Summer Art Camp at Eclipse.
