  • We offer two options for Cremation: Private or Communal. A Private Cremation is one where your loved one is cremated by themselves and you will have them returned to you. A Communal Cremation is where we will scatter your loved one for you and you will receive nothing back from us. Which style of Cremation would you prefer?*

    • We must know by 6:00pm prior to the day you would like the service.
    • You must arrive at our shop by 11:00am on the day of the scheduled service.

  • We like to make sure that any urns that leave Heaven's Gate have their pet's name on them! We normally do this with label tape, but we also offer two upgrade choices for our Rosewood carved top urns! Are you interested in a name plate or laser engraving?:*

  • For Laser Engravings and Nameplates you can have up to three lines of text. You do not have to use all three lines. The less lines used, the bigger the existing lines get.

  • Due to the weight of your pet, we may not be able to fit all of them into the selected urn. Any leftover cremains will be put into a Rosewood carved top urn for you.

  • We offer Nameplates for our Picture Urns and Photo Cubes, are you interested?

  • For Picture Urns and Photo Cubes you can have up to two lines of text. Each line will be its own nameplate. Line 1 will be placed above the front photo, and line 2 will be placed below if you choose to do a line 2. Using both lines does not cost extra.
