Client Eligibility: Caring for Two serves pregnant and postpartum females with a child up to 18 months of age (up to 6 years old if referred by CPS) who have a history of substance use or who are at risk of substance use. Risk factors include involvement with DFPS, history of substance use, domestic violence, trauma history or abuse, mental health issues, lack of/late prenatal care, teen pregnancy, and financial distress.
