This form is required for events that fit the following criteria:

1- When liquor is to be served whether liquor is free or purchased

2- For awareness, when an event is:
- Wanting to be communicated to the parish
- Over 50 participants
- Over $500 in revenue and/or expense
- In excess of 50 volunteers
3- For PPC approval when:
- Outside of current Commission budget
- When the event conflicts with other Parish Events on that day

"The Four" - Incorporating the Four Pillars of Following Jesus into our events, ministries, and communications. This gives all parishioners and guests a clear understanding of how the event fits into the big picture of the parish structure, and how it directly connects with Following Jesus.

"More" - More people involved in ministries, and new people involved in ministries. The mission field of focus is young families, young adults, and teens, especially those who are disengaged and don't attend church.
