MODIFIED BASIC EDUCATION ENROLLMENT FORM
Naga National High School has formulated the following Policies, Rules and Regulations for all the students to adhere and follow which are punishable by suspension, transfer and recommendation for expulsion after due process.

I. Punishable by Suspension

A.Habitual Tardiness/Absenteeism.

B. Not wearing school uniform.

C. Unprescribe haircut of the male students.

D. Wearing of earrings and having tattoo on the exposed parts of the body.

E. Littering and lotering along the corridors in the school campus during class hours.

F. Unnecessary shouting, giggling, teasing during class hours leading to disruption of classes and school activities.

G. Disrespect of the Symbolic Hymns, Anthems or displays.

H. Coming to school under the influence of liquor.

II. Punishable by Transfer

A. Dishonesty

B. Cutting Classes

C. Smoking in the campus perimeter.

D. Gambling of any form.

E. Using profane, indecent act and language.

F. Possession of pornographic pictures or materials.

G. Vandalism/trouble makers.

H. Bringing trouble to school

I. Joining illegal fraternities, sorority or gang.

III. Punishable by Recommendation for expulsion

A. Forging, tampering or falsification of school documents.

B. Stealing or destructing school properties.

C. Carrying deadly weapons or arms

D. Attaching students and School Authority

E. Using and selling of prohibited drugs

F. Barricading the school entrances leading to disruption of the school operation.
