All clinics will be held at North Community Park North Field.

Preliminary session times based on birth year:

2015-2018 5:00 pm

2011-2014 6:00 pm

At your first session, we will evaluate all players and determine if the groups need to be redistributed based on age and skill. We will not move your child's time without discussing with you and your agreement.

PROGRAM TERMS

Acknowledgement, Waiver, and Indemnification
Weather: all sessions will be held as scheduled unless the filed is closed (e.g. lightning alarm). We do our best to make up any weather related cancellations, however make ups are dependent on field availability and are not guaranteed.

Behavior: all parents and players are expected to behave in a respectful and safe manner at all times. We reserve the right to remove any player from the program for the safety and wellbeing of the other players.

No refunds.

By completing this registration you agree and acknowledge that your child is healthy and does not have any medical concerns that would prohibit them from safely participating in the activity.

FLORIDA MINOR RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LEGAL LIABILITY
