    38th Annual Madam CJ Walker Luncheon
  • The National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Inc. Pennsylvania Chapter is pleased to announce the 38th Annual Madam C.J. Walker Awards Luncheon, held on Saturday June 22, 2024 at the Rivers Casino Philadelphia. This year's Luncheon will bring out more than 500 attendees throughout the region for the purpose of empowering Black women and girls through advocacy, scholarships, and promoting leadership.

    Note:  Submission of this form does not confirm your participation.  You will receive an email by April 28th confirming your vendor status.

    Location: Rivers Casino Philadelphia - Event Center, 1001 Delaware Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19125

    Event Time: 11:00 a.m.

    Load in Time: 8:30 a.m (Your display must be set-up by 10:00 am, no exceptions).

    Load in Location: Parking Garage on 2nd level

    Table Assignment: We provide (1) 6ft table and (2) chairs. Please note, no more than (2) two clothing racks are allowed in your space, there are no exceptions as space is very limited.

    Credit Card Transactions: If you will be using a credit card machine, please bring the manual slide machine or have a wireless machine. 

    Parking: Complimentary parking is available on Casino grounds

    Vendor Fee: $300

    Please note: Application is due by April 19, 2024.  You will be notified by email if you are a confirmed vendor by April 26, 2024.  All fees are non-refundable, and the deadline for fee payment to reserve your space is Friday, May 3, 2024 at 5pm. If fees are not paid by that time your space will be released to another vendor.

  • The Fine Print

    These Vending Terms and Conditions between the Vendor and NC100BW constitute a binding contract between the parties. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, the Vendor agrees to be bound by and accept these terms and conditions, unless Vendor and NC100BW come to a separate, written agreement, in which case the separatee agreement will govern. The terms and conditions are limited to those listed herein.
     
    Vendor Registration—The vendor registration fee is based on a chosen package which includes: One (1) 6ft table and two (2) chairs


    Payment—All electronic payments are due at the time of application approval. Vendors will receive an email confirmation by Friday, April 26, 2024 of your application status.  If approved a payment link will be forwarded.  Vendor will have 72 hours to confirm attendance.  If payment isn’t received by specified date, your space will be released to another vendor.  

    Event Promotion—Vendors will assist with event promotion by promoting a provided social media graphic via their social media platform of choice. 

    Setup & Participation—All vendors will be pre-assigned table numbers, and will receive that number upon check-in. Priority placement will be granted on a first come, first serve basis. All vendors are asked to arrive between 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. to allow for accurate setup. AFTER 10:00AM, VENDORS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO LOAD-IN, AND WILL FORFEIT THEIR VENDOR FEE– NO EXCEPTIONS.  Loading and parking guidelines for the facility will be provided. Vendors are not to leave tables unattended and are to remain open for the entire event (11:00am-3 p.m.) NC100BW and the venue will not be responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise. 

    Release of Name & Logo—Participant hereby releases their company history and/or designer bio for the NC100BW Awards Luncheon.  This includes use in any press releases, advertising or other promotional effort as may be conducted by NC100BW or its representatives. Participant understands that such information may be used in publications to promote participant’s products or services.

    Cancellation—All Deposits are non-refundable.  If event is cancelled for any reason, you will receive a full-refund.

    Confidentiality—Participant will keep completely confidential these documents and any information disclosed by Voice Underground, and shall not publish, disseminate, distribute, disclose, sell, assign or otherwise make use of any confidential information created by NC100BW for Madam CJ Walker Luncheon, except in connection with and in consideration for the proposed business relationship.

    Indemnity—Participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless NC100BW and its officers, agents, representatives, employees or consultations against and in respect to any and all claims, actions, and liability including fees or expenses. NC100BW will not be liable for any failure to provide services due to technology failure, natural disasters, or any other circumstance beyond our control.
