Puppy Preschool Program Registration Form

PUPPY PRESCHOOL is my 2 day a week (Monday & Wednesday) puppy daycare & training program.

Pups are dropped off between 7:30 & 8:30 am, picked up 4:30-5:30pm.

Puppy preschool focuses on:
Clicker training /engagement
Crate training & settling in crate
Place training
Intro to the leash

puppy socialization! We also try to do a public outting as well.
Some* potty training (see note below)
Cutting out those bad puppy behaviors like nipping & jumping and teaching good manners.

Cooperative Grooming - allowing nail trims, ear checks, being on a grooming table.

Commands:

The price is $170 per week, the 4 week program is $680. $650 if paid in full up front.

Owners are sent home with homework, video explanations, etc. Puppies must be between 12 weeks (with first 2 rounds of shots) and 7 months old to join.

I offer a new class almost every month, you can pre-register for any of them if you want them to.

I also offer PUPPY BOOTCAMP for pups under 5 months - a similar program that is 5 days a week for 3 weeks, the puppy stays with us at the facility Monday - Friday including nights and returns home after 12pm on Friday. This allows us to reinforce potty training, crate training and all the other behaviors. This is $1600 paid in half & half or in weekly installments. You may use this to sign up for that as well.

I understand that it is up to me to follow through with training for my dog in order for it to "stick". I also understand that this is a foundation class and no dog is considered full trained after puppy preschool. Follow up training with owner as self study or with a trainer will be needed to reach some goals.
