Katie Beth Dean, owner of Creekside Canine, is a canine behaviorist and trainer specializing in early puppy development. Puppy Preschool combines daycare, training, socialization, structure, and fun to give your puppy the head start they need, all while you're at work or school.

Through our 4 to 6 week program, puppies learn important foundation skills, build confidence, and experience positive socialization during the most important stage of development. While this isn't a "fully trained dog" program, it is designed to give you and your puppy the strongest foundation possible for future success.

Because raising a puppy should be fun and the right start makes all the difference. 🐾

I understand that it is up to me to follow through with training for my dog in order for it to "stick". I also understand that this is a foundation class and no dog is considered full trained after puppy preschool. Follow up training with owner as self study or with a trainer will be needed to reach some goals.

I understand that crate training is vital to managing and training a puppy with this program. Not following through with crate training may effect my dogs progress in this program and future behavior programs.

Liability & Release: I recognize that there inherent risks of illness and/or injury when dogs are allowed to co-mingle and engage in canine pack behavior. I understand that Creekside Canine, LLC is fully insured and I release Creekside Canine, LLC, Kate Dean, or any members of said Creekside Canine, LLC from any liability arising from my dog(s) attendance and participation at Creekside Canine,LLC and further agree to Indemnify Creekside Canine, LLC, Kate Dean, or any members of said Creekside Canine, LLC for claims made against them arising out of my dog(s) stay at Creekside Canine, LLC. I acknowledge that my dog(s) may be placed in a kennel for‘time outs’ for aggressive or unwanted behavior in addition to meal times and overnightsleeping.

Vaccination Record Confirmation:

All dogs are expected to arrive between 7:30 - 9am, owners can bring their dog's breakfast with them to either eat when they get here or for training treats!

Payment for puppy preschool is expected each Wednesday ($170)

Payment for Boot Camp is expected at Drop off Each Week ($400)

Payment for Potty Program is expected at the end of each day ($40/day)
