MENU SELECTIONS

Choose a few selections to taste on from each of the package categories on your current proposal:
BAR & BEVERAGE:
If we have this on our current proposal, list up to two signature cocktails + up to two refresh station beverage options you would like to see at your tasting if we are taking care of your bar service or non alcoholic beverage services.
APPETIZERS:
If you plan to have a heavy passing and stations cocktail party or simple passed cocktail hour bites before a main dinner - list four to five items that you would like to ideally see from our proposal menu offerings that you would like to see at your tasting.
SALAD - MAINS - STATIONS - SIDES:
Choose from the dishes in the package proposal we sent your way - we recommend 2-3 per category to try at your tasting.
SWEETS:
Choose up to three small format dessert bites or station options if we have a dessert package quoted on your proposal.
LATE NIGHT SNACK
We have some FUN late night options, choose two to see at your tasting if this is on your current proposal.
