1. Enrollment: Enrollment in the SNAP Summer Nurse Assistant Program ("the Program") is on a first-come, first-served basis. Limited slots are available, and enrollment will be closed once all slots are filled.

2. Eligibility: The Program is open to high school students ages 17 years and older. To be eligible for registration, students must have:

•  No criminal record.
• Met all requirements for high school graduation.
• Submit a letter of recommendation from a school official or guidance counselor.
• Submit an admission essay 
• Submit an Application 

3. Program Fee: The total program fee is USD 990.00, which is divided into 9 weekly payments. A deposit (non-refundable after a 3-day cancellation) of $100.00 is required to reserve a slot in the Program. This deposit will become non-refundable after the 3-day cancellation period.

4. Payment Terms: 

   a. The $100.00 deposit is due upon registration to hold the student's slot.

   b. Weekly payments of $110.00 are due every week for the duration of the Program.

   c. All payments must be made on time. Failure to make timely payments may result in the student's dismissal from the Program without a refund.

5. Curriculum and Policies: The Program will follow the curriculum, policies, rules, and regulations of traditional and online classes as established by Inspire Health Medical Institute. Students are expected to adhere to all guidelines set forth by the Inspire Health Medical Institute.

6. Completion Certificate: Upon successful completion of the Program, including fulfilling the requirement of 100 clock hours, students will receive a certificate of completion.

7. Credit Card Authorization:

   By providing credit card information for payment purposes, the cardholder authorizes SNAP to charge the card for:

   a. The initial deposit of $100.00 to hold the slot in the Program.

   b. Weekly payments of $110.00 for the duration of the Program.

8. Refunds and Cancellations:

   a. The $100.00 deposit is refundable within a 3-day cancellation period from the date of registration. After this period, the deposit becomes non-refundable.

   b. If a student wishes to withdraw from the Program, Cancellation, and refund requests must be directed to Inspire Health Medical Institute according to the cancellation and refund policies outlined in the student catalog.

   c. Within three business days of signing the agreement, applicants can cancel without penalty. After this period:

• During the first 60% of the course, the school may retain a $100.00 registration fee plus a prorated tuition charge based on the last date attended.
• After 60% of attendance, the entire course may be charged.
  Refunds will be processed within 30 days of cancellation or the last attended date.
• The refund amount will be determined according to the refund prorated calculation policy outlined in the student catalog.

9. Changes and Amendments: Inspire Health Medical Institute reserves the right to make changes to the SNAP Program schedule, curriculum, policies, fees, and other terms and conditions as necessary. Any changes will be communicated to enrolled students promptly.

By registering for Inspire Health Medical Institute (SNAP) Summer Nurse Assistant Program, students and their guardians acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
