Church Facility Reservation and Usage Guidelines

All departments of Sarang Community Church must review and agree to the following five guidelines before submitting a reservation request.
1. Reservation Procedure
- All reservations must be submitted via email through the respective department's pastor. (Reservations from individuals not affiliated with a department are not permitted.)
- All reservations must be submitted to the administrative office at least two weeks in advance.
- For specific spaces that accommodate more than 50 people (e.g., Main Campus Grace Chapel, Main Campus Fellowship Hall, Main Campus Gym, Main Campus Room 112, Main Campus Kinder Room, KDC MPR, etc.), reservations must be made at least one month in advance.
- Meeting times can be reserved for a maximum of four hours.
2. Priority and Cancellation of Reservations
- Training, small groups (cell groups), and church-wide ministries take priority.
- If you need to cancel a reserved room, please notify us at least one week in advance for the benefit of other users.
- If a reserved room is not used more than twice and there is no notification of these cancellations, the following reservations made for that room will be automatically canceled.
3. Changes and Cancellations of Reservations
- Pre-reserved rooms may be canceled or changed with prior notice due to church events or special circumstances.
- Departments cannot change rooms within their own department without the approval of the administrative office. (Please understand that even the Main Campus Gym may have its reservations canceled or changed due to major church events, even during the academic term.)
4. Room Usage Time and Clean-Up
- All rooms must be used (including set up and clean up) within the reserved times.
- All items used in the room (tables, chairs, sound equipment, etc.) must be returned to their original positions.
- After meals, please maintain cleanliness by disposing of food waste in garbage bags and placing them in the trash bins outside in Vision Plaza or near Labri. (Food is prohibited in areas like the Main Campus Kinder Room and the Main Campus Nursing Room in front of the bookstore.)
5. Room Reservation Application and Deadline
- All room reservations for each department, excluding worship services, will automatically expire once training and cell groups are completed in June.
- Separate applications for room usage will be accepted during the summer season (from after the end of training and cell groups in June until August). If you wish to use a certain room repeatedly during this period, church approval is required.
- New applications for room usage from September onwards will be accepted from the first week of August for two weeks.
- To accommodate the various ministries of as many departments as possible, continuous annual reservations (52 weeks) for a single department are not allowed.
- Room reservations will be assigned based on the order of application (prioritizing training and cell groups) and the number of people, and will be communicated through the pastor by the last week of August.
Your cooperation and understanding will help ensure that all church members can use the facilities joyfully.
