SM25 Water sports form

  • Watersports bookings for SM25

    We would ask you to please restrict yourself / your group to one water activity per day - in order to give more people the chance to participate. We are charging a small 'booking fee' of just £2 per activity in order to encourage everyone to keep to their booking :-) We will be donating this booking 'charge' to the TEARFUND project this year.. The booker here will receive an email with a PDF of all of the details on the booking form and a receipt for the payment.

  • INSTRUCTIONS.

    Please arrive 10 minutes early to the SM jetty (directions / map under the 'Welcome page) Please wear old trainers and waterproof jackets. BE SURE that you have completed the WATER SPORTS CONSENT FORM :-)

  • If you are booking for more than yourself, please ensure that all participants have completed a Watersports Consent Form (for those under 18yrs)

  • We would suggest a donation of at least £2 per person per activity, which is a direct contribution to the Tearfund Middle East Appeal.
