Requirements
1. MENU: Please list below all the food that you plan to sell (you will not be permitted to sell any alcoholic beverages). ***IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT MENU ITEMS ARE NOT DUPLICATED AT THE FESTIVAL; OUR GOAL IS TO OFFER A WIDE ARRAY OF FOOD, SO YOU MAY BE ASKED TO CHANGE AN ITEM OF YOUR MENU SHOULD A CONFLICT ARISE.
2. HOURS OF OPERATION: August 31st, 10:00 am to 5:00 pm
3. SET UP TIME: 7:00 am-9:00 am
4. SUPPLIES: Vendors must provide their own garbage cans, bags for disposal of waste, plates, napkins and other utensils necessary for the consumption of your food items.
5. BOOTH: HOLA will not provide tables. All tables, chairs and tents must be provided by the vendor.
6. SALES TAX: Vendors are responsible for collecting and paying sales tax to the Dept. of Revenue.
7. ELECTRICITY: You must provide all extension cords, heavy duty type. If requested, ONE 110 OUTLET per booth (20 amps or 2400 watts) will be supplied.
8. Vendors are not allowed to advertise or solicit sales except at their own booth.
9. VENDORS MUST SUPPLY THEIR OWN CHAIRS, MONEY (FOR MAKING CHANGE), TRASH CANS, GARBAGE BAGS, ELECTRICAL EXTENSION CORDS AND WATER HOSES.
10. Food vendors are required to have a fire extinguisher
11. RECYCLING: Each Vendor is responsible for the proper disposal of waste and cooking oils.
12. SECURITY: Each Vendor is responsible for the safe keeping of their property. Farmers Market/Downtown Green and HOLA Lakeway are not responsible for any damage or loss of property.
13. FOOD LABELING: All Vendors are required to label food containing common allergens such as peanuts, coconut, seafood, and milk.
14. GLOVES: All Vendors are required to wear gloves when handling food during the festival and follow food safety guidelines. Tenn. Dept of Health Guidelines will be provided.
15. TABLECLOTH: Vendors must provide their own.
