  • We are excited to hear that you are interested in hosting a church movie event to launch a SmallCircle discipleship ministry. We want you to have a succesful launch and we can help to provide you with resources to help make your launch event a success!
    You cannot show The Need to Be Known in a public event setting without a church event license. In order to secure a license to show the movie, the following form must be completed.
    NOTE: DUE TO PERFORMANCE RIGHTS RESTRICTIONS, YOUR CHURCH MUST BE IN THE UNITED STATES

    The following steps should be followed to ensure
    proper coordination and maximum success of the proposed event.
    1. Discuss with and receive appoval from Ministry Leaders for this event.
    2. Please complete & submit this form at least 30 days prior to event to insure all necessary modes or coordination have been achieved.
    3. Your request is not approved until you receive your church launch kit resources.
    4. Please do not advertise the event until you have received your church launch kit approval email and resources.
    5. Final approval of hosted events are at the discretion of the publisher(s).

  • Church Event Viewing License Agreement - The Need to Be Known 

    By clicking "Yes" on this form, you agree to the terms of this agreement:

    1. Introduction

    This Church Event Viewing License Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into as of the date of the approval of this agreement by and between The Licensor, which includes the Future Kingdom Media and its distributor(s) Vision Video (collectively, "The Licensor"), and your church (the "Church").

    2. License Grant

    Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, The Licensor hereby grants the Church a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-event, limited license to view the film titled "The Need to Be Known" (the "Film") during a single, one-time church event.

    3. Public Performance Rights License

    The Church acknowledges and warrants that it holds a currently active and valid blanket public performance rights license with Christian Copyright Solutions (or equivalent third party license(s)) that authorizes the single event viewing of the Film licensed herein.

    4. Access and Password

    The Licensor will provide the Church with a password to access and show the Film electronically. This password is for the Church's sole use for the single event viewing licensed herein and may not be distributed or shared with any other person(s).

    5. Restrictions on Use

    The Church agrees not to:

    a) Distribute, copy, record, replay, or exhibit the Film in any manner not expressly authorized by this Agreement.
    b) Allow viewing of the Film by any person(s) other than for the purpose of the single event viewing licensed herein.
    c) Modify or alter the Film in any way.

    6. Term and Termination

    This Agreement shall commence on the date of electronic acceptance ("Effective Date") and shall terminate automatically upon the conclusion of the Church's single event viewing of the Film.

    7. Entire Agreement

    This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.

    8. Your Acceptance

    By clicking "Yes" below, The Church acknowledges that it has read, understood, and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

    Clicking "No" indicates that The Church does not agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and will not be granted access to the Film.

    The Church agrees that its electronic acceptance of this Agreement constitutes its signature for all purposes.
