  • Navigating U.S.-China Relations: A Panel with Congressman Adam Smith and Professor David Bachman

    In-person
  • Event Description

Join us for a special panel discussion on the future of U.S.-China relations featuring Congressman Adam Smith and Professor David Bachman. As we enter Trump 2.0, U.S.-China relations face new challenges, tensions, and geopolitical shifts. Few are better positioned to speak on these developments than our two panelists. Congressman Smith, Ranking Member of the House Armed Services Committee, is one of the foremost voices in Congress on U.S. national security and defense policy toward China. Professor Bachman, the Henry M. Jackson Professor of International Studies at the University of Washington, is a leading expert on Chinese domestic politics, foreign policy, and U.S.-China relations.
