EVENT SPACES
- Lewis Apperson White Performance Hall - Dinner setup with 60-inch round tables will accommodate 104 guests. If additional seating is needed, tables must be set up on the stage. Theatre-style seating in rows will accommodate 175 people
- Gillie Frye Gallery - Dinner setup with 60-inch round tables will accommodate 40 people, Lecture-style seating will accommodate 55
- The Sterling Cafe - Includes the use of 12 cafe tables and 40 chairs
- J.D. Wilson Gallery - Table and chair setup will accommodate 16 people
Lecture-style seating will accommodate 25 people
- Rehearsal Studio - Lecture-style seating will accommodate 45 people
- Imagination Lab - Table and chair setup will accommodate 25 people

PRICES
All party rentals are 3 hours long.
- Art Party - $275/10 people (additional $20 per person past 10 people)
- Pottery Party - $300 (additional $25 per person past 10 people)
- Paint N Sip Party - Price depends on # of attendees

GRAC RENTAL RULES AND POLICIES
1. No decorations are permitted on the walls of the Lewis Apperson White Performance Hall. In other areas, decorations on the walls must use command strips or removable painter's tape.
2. All rentals, including cleanup, must be concluded by 11 PM. The facility will be clean, bathrooms stocked, and a GRAC staff member will be present for your event. If the event space is not returned to its original condition, an excessive cleaning fee of $150 will be added to your total.
3. The GRAC demands strict adherence to state laws regarding alcohol consumption. The renter must adhere to the following:
- Any and all liabilities arising from the consumption of alcoholic beverages or illegal narcotics/drugs at the GRAC are the sole responsibility of the Renter.
- All Kentucky State and Federal Laws must be adhered to at all times.
Renters must hire a licensed bartender or a GRAC staff member for the Event.
- No alcohol may be served unless food is also provided.
- Bar service must close at least 30 minutes prior to the end of the Event.
- The GRAC reserves the right to evict the Renter and/or their guests from the property or to close the bar at any time during the event for fighting, destruction of property, disrespectful conduct to the staff or other guests, allowing minors to consume alcohol, or possession and/or consumption of a personal supply of alcohol, including private vehicles parked in the GRAC parking areas. The GRAC also reserves the right to withhold the Renter's security deposit should any of the above occur.
4. Cleanup - All trash and recycling must be removed from the building and placed in the receptacles in the parking lot. If the Renter set up the tables and chairs, they must be returned to their previous location. The area should be swept free of debris. Brooms and dust pans are available in the custodial closet between the bathrooms on the first floor. During cleanup, all decorations and outside rental equipment must be removed from the GRAC. The kitchen must be returned to the state in which it was found. Rented linens and/or chair coverings should be removed from the tables and placed in a designated area.
