Salon Rules and things to consider at your appointment
1. We try to keep a fun and enjoyable atmosphere so good vibes only (keep negativity at home)
2. No kids or extra guest during your appointment
3. We have the right to refuse service
4. There is a 24 hour cancellation/rescheduling fee
5. You are in charge of keeping up with your appointment day and time.
6.Please make a profile on the Squire app and download the Spoiled Hair Lounge App so you can receive updates.
7. No loud voicemail calls or loud videos please be courteous to others and bring headphones.
8. If you are on a time restraint please let the stylist know before booking the appointment. (pickup kids, plane flights, other appointments etc...)
9. Please give the stylist Grace on time, We do not charge a late fee because we know things happen. Just communication with us and we will try our best to do the same. (remember good vibes)
10. When schedule please note that the length time for the service is not how long the service will take. The time is set for you and for another client to come in.
example: If the service is 30 mins that is the shampoo/molding of your hair then your under the dryer then the next client comes in. The dryer time depends on your hair density/ style chosen.Then you are styled.
11. You can not make same day appointments on the app, just text your stylist with name and what you need done for that day to see if we have something available. If no reply please don't get offended we are usually very busy in the salon. We will reply within that day.
12.On the 15th of each month we open the books for the next month. Saturday are the 1st thing to fill up. ( my daughter plays year around softball so at least one saturday a month I'm off)
13. I don't work late so please consider this before the consultation because my hours may not work for your schedule.
Salon is closed Sunday, Monday and Wednesdays.
