  • Completing Your Handover:

    Throughout the handover, we require some core details and completed documents that you may want to consider gathering before you make a start on this handover. The includes:

    • names and student numbers of your newly elected principle committee
    • full breakdown of your AGM/Committee Election
    • collated your society/club's social media links and written a full description
    • discussed your memberships and their new costs
    • completed your documents (constitution, safety policy and risk assessment)

    Please fill out the following items with as many links as your club or society has. This will help students to find and follow you.

  • Memberships

    Memberships will not be automatically carried over from the current year, so you will need to let us know what memberships you wish to be available for students in 2024-25. You will also need to ensure that the prices of these memberships cover the costs and be reflective of your club/society's plans for the upcoming year (you are able to adjust the prices from the current year).

    As such it is the club or society’s responsibility to ensure all committee members have read, understood and agreed to the privacy policy which you are agreeing to on their behalf before you complete this form.

    NUSU processes your data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR). In agreeing below and completing the handover process, you give permission on behalf of the whole committee for your club or society for NUSU to process yours and all other committee members’ data in accordance with the NUSU privacy policy. In the operation of clubs and societies, your name and contact details as well as those of the other committee members may be published on the NUSU website as a contact for the stated club or society.
