Terms:
By signing the above, I agree to be held responsible and see that gatherings are conducted as follows:
*Fees: $150 March-October / $65 November-February Non-Refundable Reservation Fee
*Fee permits up to 25 guests to use beach facilities on specified date of party only.
*Please obtain wrist bands from on duty lifeguard upon arrival.
*All music will end at 10:00 p.m.
*Any damage will be repaired at property owner's expense.
*Area will be cleaned up immediately following the event.
*Be considerate of neighboring property owners.
*Disorderly guests will be asked to leave or be escorted from the premises.
(Available are 10 picnic tables, electricity, 1 charcoal grill, 1 pop machine, 2 bathrooms and 6 trash carts)
Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel your reservation more than 2 weeks before the event, the $150.00/65.00 facility fee will be credited to your POA account within 2 weeks. If less than 2 weeks before the event, a cancellation fee of one half of fee will be deducted, and one half of fee will be credited to your POA account within 2 weeks.
Damage/Extra Cleaning Policy:
Any expenses incurred to repair damage to the facility or for extra cleaning will be charged to your POA account. These charges will be subject to any finance charges and late fees incurred on your account.
