This registration form is for new and returning students. You must complete one registration form for every student you are enrolling in Harbor.

FAMILY ENROLLMENT FEE

Part-Time OVA funded families or Self-Pay families must pay a $30 per family enrollment fee PER SCHOOL YEAR. (Full Time OVA funded families do not need to pay this fee.) A link to pay this fee will be emailed to you with your student(s) schedule(s). Your student will not be officially registered until this fee is paid. Please select:*

TUITION POLICY

20% of tuition is due prior to the start of each semester. Tuition must be paid in full by week 7 of each semester. Due to our overhead expenses, we do not give refunds on tuition if a student drops prior to the end of the semester.

Families with outstanding balances after week 7, will be unable to return to Harbor until balance is paid in full and/or will lose enrollment for the following semester.

We will send you an invoice at least one month prior to the start of each semester.

Please select your preferred Harbor classes from the options below. Due to capacity issues, we cannot guarantee that you will get acceptance into every class, so please pick two options each hour.

There is an option at the bottom of this form to ask questions. Our Harbor staff will be reading and responding to these.

After your student's schedule is confirmed, if you would like to make any changes to it, you must complete an add/drop form and pay a $20 fee per class.*

Family Waiver

Every year, all families must complete the medical waiver form with emergency contact information HERE before your registration will be accepted.

If your student has a severe medical condition, please fill out one of the Medication and Medical Action Plan Forms (MAP) and submit it with your OVA paperwork and send Harbor a copy as well.

Students who are on site but not enrolled in a class must have a parent present unless approved to have an unsupervised study hour. These students should be in 7th grade and up, and have the director's approval. Please use the comment section at the bottom to request this.
