Do any pallets need to be reworked? (Broken pallets, shifted off of the pallet and need wrapping). This is not "restack." Restacks are included in crossdock rate.

If the number of pallets you request is lower than what we receive on site, our warehouse will pause operations and wait for your confirmation and payment. This will cause delays. To avoid this, please be accurate with your pallet count. If you're unsure, it's better to request more pallets than expected.

Missed appointments: (arriving after 5PM) are non-refundable, but can be used until 5PM the following day; after that appointment is cancelled and not refunded.

Overtime: (from 4:30PM-6:30PM) must be requested via operations@distrubi.com, and pre-approved by Distrubi.

Overtime Rates: are an additional $100 starting at 4:30PM CST. Your driver must arrive before 6:30pm. Overtime rates must be pre-paid.

Overtime is non-refundable if appointments are missed or cancelled.
