KNOLLWOOD CHRISTIAN ACADEMY FINANCIAL AGREEMENT

Registration is non-refundable/non-transferable.

There is a five percent (5%) discount on tuition if the yearly amount is paid by August I0, 2025 (not eligible after August 10th) The annual building fee ($250) must also be paid at this time.

The person who signs the financial sheet and enrolls the student is responsible for all the student's expenses.
Please contact the school office at 251-661-1987 for "multiple child discounts."

Tuition will not be prorated for a partial month. If student attends for any part of the month, the total monthly payment is due.

Payment for books and fees are due by JUNE I.

Book, Activity and Technology Fees are non-refundable if student attends school for any portion of the year.

Tuition payments will be drafted on the Ist of each month. A draft fee of $2.00 per month will be added to the monthly tuition payment. A late fee of $25.00 will be charged if bank draft fails.

Tuition is due by the 10th of each month. Tuition payments not received by the 10th will be accessed a late fee of $25.00. Tuition is due on the Ist of each month and past due after the 10th. A $25.00 late fee will be added if not paid by the 10th of each month.

When a tuition account becomes 30 days past due, the student may not return to school until the account is made current.

I/We agree that if our balance becomes delinquent, defined as 90 days past due, and is referred to a collection agency or attorney, we shall be responsible for collection fees equal to 33 1/3% of the balance.

We further understand and agree that if legal action is taken to collect the balance, we shall also be responsible for all court cost.

On checks that are returned because of non-sufficient funds, $25.00 will be charged. If a family has two (2) checks returned because of non-sufficient funds, payment after that must be made in cash. We do not accept post dated checks.

Report cards and permanent records will not be released unless all accounts are paid up-to-date. This includes school fees, lunch charges, library fees, and payments to daycare.
