Company/Affiliation Information

All participants will be entered to present at the Elevator Pitch (EP) session on Saturday, May 20. (Not with a startup company or no service/product to promote? No worries! You can do your personal introduction instead and still get the full participant support.)

The Elevator Pitch session offers a valuable opportunity for you to showcase your startup's services and products in a compelling manner within 1 minute and 30 seconds. All participants (including VCs) will also vote to select top 5 to 6 startups for a formal presentation: Starup Pitch.

If selected, you will be entered to present your company at the Startup Pitch session in front of the invited investors on Sunday, May 21. The details of the startup sessions will be announced later.

Meal Support

All participants who satisfy the following two conditions will receive lodging, and meal support:

• (1) Present your company/service at the Elevator Pitch in 1.5 min OR (1) introduce yourself at a networking session, and
• (2) Submit a one-page profile/resume (a link will be provided before the event)

 

Since this is a late registration, it would be $250/person ($150/person if KSEA member).

 

The hotel is fully booked on our end with no more availability. If you separately book the hotel (approx. $200/night), we would be willing to provide $100/registrant per night. You’d be reimbursed afterwards.

We are willing to provide the following meals to the registrant(s) (Saturday Lunch, Dinner, and Sunday Lunch - collectively worth $300/person). However, Sunday night will not be covered, but you have an option to buy the Sunday night dinner at $50/person.

No travel support is available.

1. Early registration has been extended to March 27. Early registration discount will be automatically applied at the payment stage.
