This agreement contains the entire understanding between the DLM Media Network Channel Owner and their client, the Ministry or TV Show Representative. It supersedes all prior and simultaneous agreements between the parties. The only way to add or change this agreement is to do so in writing, please put a check mark by each term:

The Media Team schedule and selected methodology are designed to accomplish the goals and wishes of the Channel Owner in a manner enjoyed by the Channel Owner and its constituents. The Channel Owner and Media Specialist agree that cheerful co-operation and punctuality by all members of the Event staff are therefore essential to that purpose. Videotaping commences at the scheduled start time agreed by both parties. Should additional graphics, recordings, and/or travel time, that is not included in the agreed package, be requested by the Ministry/TV Show Representative, it will be charged out at the rates specified in the Assignment Designed Per Event.

Performance
Arbitration

Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this contract, or the breach thereof, shall be settled by arbitration, administered in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association, administered by a licensed Arbitrator in the jurisdiction closest to the Photographer’s office and the arbitration award may be entered for judgment in any court having jurisdiction thereof. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may refuse to arbitrate when the dispute is for a sum less than $200. In no event shall an award in an arbitration initiated under this clause exceed the contracted price of the controversy in dispute
