  • Fill out this form to request a specific date for your event at the Maple Shade Barn. You will be notified by email whether the date is approved or denied. Or you may check the availability by calling the office at 717-502-1440, or emailing beth@northernyorkhistorical.org. This form will not save if interrupted.

  • All rentals include access to the bathrooms.

     

    Rental options and prices include:

    Meeting Room Only $275 - capacity 60

    Access to basic kitchen use (counters, fridge, sink & microwave) - add $50

    Access to full kitchen use (includes basic plus stove, oven and freezer) - add $100

    Additional hours beyond the 5 hours - add $50/hour

    Renter is responsible for any damage incurred by guests during occupation. 
    All trash generated by event must be removed from the premises by the renter.

    Minimum deposit of $75 is required with balance due 2 weeks before the event.

  • Standard rental times are for 5 hours. Set up and cleaning must be completed within that time frame. Additional hours (including set up night before) are an additional fee, require approval and are dependent on availablity.
