All participants must complete an RCR Event Release Agreement prior to volunteering. This waiver is also required for the event (and does transfer to the event as well).

Participants 16yrs and older must complete the RCR Event Release Agreement.

Participants 15 years of age and younger must be supervised by an a parent or guardian and must also complete agreements - the RCR Event Release Agreement AND an RCR Parental Agreement. These two waivers must be completed by your parent/legal guardian in your name.

These agreements can be completed online via the links below. Once complete, you will receive a unique "Agreement ID" for each waiver you fill out. Please save the code(s), as you will need to enter the code(s) below to complete you participant registration. The code(s) are valid for the event as well.

Digging times are from 10am - 4pm each day. Full day and half shifts are available. Half day shifts are AM 10am - 1pm and PM 1pm - 4pm.

In return for helping out, you will receive complimentary entry into the event for a full of digging (or two half days).

All volunteers are also entered into a separate Volunteer Prize Draw for some awesome swag from our sponsors. Volunteers will get and entry for each day they volunteer, the more days you do the more entries you get (full day = 2 entries per day, half day = 1 entry per day).
