By entering into this rental contract, the Applicant agrees to abide by the following rules and regulations:
1. As per Provincial by-laws, no smoking is permitted in any indoor area. Smoking must not take place within 3 meters of any doorway or air intake area (including windows) of the building. Please ensure the safe and sanitary disposal of all cigarette butts and matches etc.
2. Use of candles is not permitted.
3. No confetti, sparklers, or dry grains such as rice are permitted.
4. All electrical equipment must be unplugged when the facility is not in use and at the end of your event. Failure to do so will result in charges against the deposit.
5. No parking is permitted in the covered area at the entrance.
6. Absolutely nothing can be affixed to wall surfaces.
7. All areas not included in this rental agreement should be respected. Please do not attempt to go into areas that are not part of your contract.
8. All doors and windows should be firmly secured. Lights and fans should be off, and the security alarm set when you leave the building unless other arrangements have been made. Failure to do so will result in charges against the deposit. A security code will be provided to you when you pick up the key. The key and code should not be shared with anyone.
9. The facility must be left in the condition it is found, with all garbage and debris removed off-site. Failure to do so will result in charges against the deposit and further fees may be levied based on the damage done and the condition of the facility.
10. The premises must be cleaned and vacated no later than 1:30 am unless otherwise arranged with the Program Manager.
11. All food and beverages brought in by you must leave with you.
