Deposit and Rental Fees

A security deposit of $300.00, paid in full, is required to secure date/s of Community Center.

Community Center rental rates:

Hourly/Daily:
Sunday through Thursday will be $100 per Hour (Two hour minimum) or $500 per day.
Friday and Saturday will be $100 per Hour (Five hour minimum) or $750 per day.

Weekend:
Weekend 1 package – Two consecutive days, full day, $1000.00. Weekend 2 package – Friday/Saturday/Sunday, full day, $1500.00.

Will alcohol be possessed or consumed? * This field is required.If alcohol is to be possessed or consumed, the CLIENT must confirm that security has been hired PRIOR to the event. The Community Center requires a minimum of one security guard/personnel during the time of said event. Security guard/personnel must be a Licensed Texas Peace Officer. CLIENT shall contract directly with the Coryell County Sheriff’s Department. Contact the Coryell County Sheriff’s Department at 254-865-7201 (ask for Sgt. Hill) to arrange security.
