Submission Requirements
- Must be a resident of the Bow Valley area, Banff, or Lake Louise.
- Maximum weight: 30 lbs.
- Maximum size: 60" x 60" (no murals or large-scale paintings)
- Artwork must have a wire or string across the back for easy hanging.

Submission Limit

Maximum of 3 submissions per person.

Presentation Standards

All selected artwork must be ready to hang with a wire or string.

Artist Fees and Sales
- No artist fees will be paid.
- Artists may price their work for sale.
- No commission fees will be charged.
- Artists are responsible for handling sales inquiries and transactions.

Artwork Delivery
Artists will be chosen on November 21st. Deliver artwork to Electric Wolf between November 27th to December 4th, 2024.

By submitting your art or creative pieces, you accept our terms and conditions. Please note that we will not pay any artist fees, commissions, or other forms of payment. This initiative is for community purposes, allowing you to showcase your art in a high-traffic location free of charge.

We will not take any money on your behalf; you will be responsible for the sale of your art pieces. We will provide your contact information below the piece to facilitate this.

We take no responsibility for any damage or theft of your artwork. You will hang these pieces at your own risk and we will do our best to take the best possible care of it. Please be aware that the secure system at the back makes it very difficult to remove the artwork from the wall.
