  • 2025 Autumn Edition Horse Show Entry Form

    Please use one online entry form PER rider, as well as per horse when entering online. If the same rider is riding multiple horses, a new form will need to be made for each horse. Once your online entry has been received, you will receive an E mail acknowledging receipt of the entryand about payment options. Thank you.
  • Part One: Owner and Rider Information

    Even when submitting an online entry, you will NEED to sign the form when picking up your horse show number from the show office.

    Please use one entry form PER Horse AND PER Rider when entering online. It is ok for the same horse or Rider to be on multiple entries.

  • Class prices are as follows:

    15.00 Per Class for MEMBERS if entry AND PAYMENT is received by Thur April 3, 2025

    18.00 Per class for MEMEBERS if entry AND PAYMENT is received after 12:01 AM Friday April 4, 2025

    18.00 Per class for NON MEMEBERS if entry AND PAYMENT is received by April 3, 2025

    22.00 Per Class for NON MEMEBERS if Entry OR PAYMENT is received after 12:01 AM Friday April 4, 2025

    Any rider/horse may add classes same day and the early entry cost will be honored if your entry and initial payment has been received by the above deadline.
