All Stall Holders must provide payment in full and evidence of Public Liability Insurance and any necessary BCC Permits as required with their application.
All Stall Holders must operate for the duration of the festival unless prior arrangements are made with the Festival Committee.
All Stall Holders must obey the directions of members of the Festival Committee, Police, Council Officers, Road Closure Officers.
No dangerous goods will be sold or transported within the boundaries of the festival.
All Stall Holders must conduct themselves in the spirit of the festival.
Acceptance to the Festival is at the sole discretion of the Festival Committee.
Please note that power availability is limited, 10AMP only available.
Road Closes at 7am. You may set up when the road is closed at 7:00am.
Large vehicles and trailers must arrive early
Draw bars may not protude out of your alloted space.
Festival runs 9 am till 3 pm. Packup must be completed by 4:45.
