CC Canine Academy, LLC dba Steel City Dock Dogs is a regulation dock diving facility with a 21' x 50' regulation pool. We offer Beginner & Intermediate dock diving lessons, private swim, and even group swims and parties.

I understand that by allowing my dog to participate in services offered by CC Canine Academy, LLC, dba Steel City Dock Dogs, I give my permission for CC Canine Academy, LLC, to take photographs and/or videos, and to use the images or videos of my person and dog(s), in printed matter, internet sites, or other promotional advertising capacities. Photographs and/or videos are the sole property of CC Canine Academy, LLC.

While the open land of the property, and the dock diving pool, at CC Canine Academy, LLC, provide a wonderful opportunity for dogs to exercise, play and explore, as with any environment, accidents can happen. In signing below, I accept full responsibility for any injury or damage to my person or dog(s) during visits at CC Canine Academy, LLC. I certiy that I am the legal owner of the dog registered above. I certify that the above listed dog has not had any human biting incidents, nor has he/she killed or caused damage to any other animal. I hold CC Canine Academy, LLC, Chris Sides and family, and/or agents, harmless from any and all damage, and agree to indemnify for any and all costs and damages arising out of damage caused by my dog(s) or person.

Should any portion of this contract be unenforceable, the remainder shall stay in full force and effect. Any disagreement regarding this matter shall be subject to the jurisdiction and venue of St Clair County, Alabama.
