It all happens in Downtown Springfield Ohio on June 28th, 2025, from 12 noon until 4:30pm. Setup begins at 10am. Applications are due by June 2nd, 2025 to ensure inclusion. Equality Springfield will be providing tents to all. We will not be providing tables or chairs. Please fill out the form below completely. If paying by check make payable to Equality Springfield. Mail check to: Equality Springfield P.O. Box 506 Springfield, Ohio 45501. If wishing to pay electronically please indicate you would like to be invoiced for paymet. All payments due on or before June 2nd 2025
