TERMS & CONDITIONS

Registrations begins March 15th - save your spot with a $50 (+GST) deposit. The balance will be processed on July 8th (July Camps) & July 29th (August Camps) with the payment method of file.

Elemental Camp: $150 + GST
Disney Princess Camp: $150 + GST
Let's Go Barbie: $225 + GST
Swiftie Superstars: $225 + GST

Encore must have a minimum of 5 registrations in order to run the camp and contact you regarding a refund if applicable.

Withdrawals prior to July 8th must be sent to our office by email at office@encoreperformer.com, and a refund will be processed. Any withdrawals after July 8th must still be sent by email to office@encoreperformer.com, however, no refund will be processed. The amount paid will be kept on the customer's file as a credit on their account and valid for two years from the date of withdrawal.
