Encore Studios Birthday Party Reservation Form

Celebrate your birthday at Encore Studios!

Your 2-hour birthday party will include a 45-minute dance class and a 30-minute craft! The remaining time will be used for party games, cake & gifts! We will supply basic decor (balloons, streamers, birthday banner) and families are welcome to bring extra decor. Host parents are responsible for bringing in their own snacks, food, cake & treats to serve at the end of the party. Encore Studios can provide basic serving supplies - plates, utensils, cups, napkins etc. for an additional fee, or host parents can choose to bring their own. Party host parents should plan to arrive 30-minutes in advance to bring in extra decorations/food before party guests arrive at scheduled party time.

- $275.00 plus GST for up to 12 total child participants (including siblings and birthday child).

- Additional child participants may be added for $10 each. Please indicate on booking form if requesting more than 12 kids at party as we may require additional staffing and extra supplies.

- $36.00 plus taxes for basic serving supplies for 12 children, additional child participants at $3 each.
