Hey! Thanks so much for wanting to get tattooed by Luke!

Please fill out this form in full, in order to submit your idea for an appointment.

Through this form, we are taking bookings for the following dates and locations:

London - February-April 2026

If you'd like to book for later than this, or another location, please wait until Luke opens his books for later in the year. All booking announcements will be made on Luke's only Instagram account @LukeAAshley, so keep an eye out there!

Luke will go through each application and will choose the ideas he thinks he can make a great tattoo from. Unfortunately due to the large number of requests we are only able to reply to you if your idea is selected.

Luke is now only tattooing palms, inner fingers and the soles of the feet, so please be aware that we will not reply to requests for alternative placements.

Palm Aftercare

Booking Policy
To secure your appointment, you will need to pay a non-refundable booking fee of £100 per palm/foot, via bank transfer. The booking fee will be deducted from the final cost of your tattoo.

Please note that booking fees are strictly non-refundable under ANY circumstances as they cover Luke’s admin, diary management, appointment allocation and all design preparatory work carried out before the appointment.

Please be sure that you can commit to your appointment date and time when booking in. We will be happy to reschedule your appointment once and move your booking fee to a new appointment date, provided that you let us know with at least 1 full week’s notice. Rescheduling within 1 week of your appointment date, rescheduling more than once or cancelling/not showing up to the appointment completely will result in a forfeit of the booking fee and a new booking fee will need to be paid to secure a new appointment.

Beware of Scammers!
We take new appointment booking fees via bank transfer only. The bank account for the booking fee is in Luke's full name, so please do not send money to anyone requesting it under a different name or via a money transfer platform such as PayPal, Cash App or Zelle.

The booking fee will only be requested once we have discussed your idea, given you a quote and settled on a date for your tattoo. Please do not send money to anyone using a similar email address or Instagram account to Luke! His only email address is LukeAAshleyTattoo@outlook.com (containing 2 A's) and his only Instagram account is @LukeAAshley (he has a blue verified tick).

You will recieve a copy of this form submission at the end of any correspondance from us, so this is another way you can check that the email you are replying to is legitimate.
