In the event that every player's Tie - Breaker Number is over the actual Combined End Scores for the game .. The Winner will then be declared by which player's Tie - Breaker number is closets to actual combined end total for this game. Tie-Breakers will only come into play if there is a Tie of Winners in the Pick 10 (meaning 2 or more players have selected 10 winning picks). If There is a "Tie" of the Tie-Breaker Numbers...
