Framework Mentor Assessment
The survey measures the competency levels in self-awareness, self-management, relationship skills, social awareness (empathy), and responsible decision-making through the lens of the mentor. The baseline data is analyzed to identify the child's strengths and areas in need of support. Post date will evaluate children's outcomes of the impact of Frameworks' service provided to mentors.
