TUTORING FEES
"Little Kids, Big Brains Literacy Camp" fees of $250 are non-refundable and shall be paid via cash or etransfer to Rachel.Hamilton@hotmail.ca prior to scheduling a pre-assessment.

No adjustment to fees shall be made for time due to late arrival or early pick ups.

In the event that your child is absent for a class, a $15 credit (per missed class) can be applied towards registration for your next Little Kids, Big Brains camp session.
CAMP SCHEDULE
"Little Kids, Big Brains Literacy Camp" will take place over 8 weeks and begin the week of July 7. Our final session will take place the week of August 25.

Your child's time slot will be based on their pre-assessment result and indicated availability.

OBLIGATIONS OF THE TUTOR
The tutor will schedule and complete a pre-assessment valued at $50. The tutor undertakes to do all preparations prior to lessons and to structure lessons in such a way as to optimize time to the benefit of the student. The tutor shall keep confidential all information of the student and shall contact other parties involved in the education of the student only if requested by the student's guardian.
NO WARRANTIES
The tutor makes no promises or warranties with regards to a student's performance as a result of any tutoring provided.
TERMINATION
This tutoring contract may be terminated by the tutor if a child is interfering with the learning of others. A refund of $15 per class will be issued.
