Contract
This contract is between Kayla Stikeleather (the "Business") and the person who is submitting the order (the "Client").
The Client is hiring the Business for the services described in this contract.
Terms & Conditions
Payment
Artist Kayla Stikeleather will invoice the Client for full payment before the work is complete as requested by the client. The Client agrees to pay invoice(s) upon arrival of the invoice within 48 hours. Unpaid or overdue invoices may result in suspension or termination of the artwork requested.
Artist Kayla Stikeleather will email or social media message completed image files within one week of final payment.
Changes to Final Pieces
The client may request changes to final products once without additional fees. These changes must be submitted with 48 hours of receiving the final works. Change may be requested via social media messaging or by email to kaylastikeleather@gmail.com. Changes after the 48 hour window will incur an addition $20 fee per change request up to three requests. No other changes may be requested after request limit is reached.
Copyright
Artist Kayla Stikeleather holds the copyright to all works created. However, the Client may print and share the artwork without limits for personal use. The Client may not bulk sale the image, more than 10 printed items for sale, without a wholesale amendment to this contract. Artist Kayla Stikeleather may request additional monetary compensation for a wholesale amendment.
Liability
The Client acknowledges that all people, animals, places have given consent for their image and likeness to be shown through the art piece. The Client takes full responsiblity for this and releases Artist Kayla Stikeleather from any legal or monetary liability.
Price
The Client agrees to pay the total that is listed in this form and the Artist confirms to provide the product selected on this form. The Artist will provide the the product within one month of ordering, provided that the Client provides all necessary details as asked in the form. Rush orders should be requested with at least two days for turn-around and will incur a cost of an addition $150 as outlined in the product options.
Termination of contract
This contract will be terminated if the Client fails to respond to communication from Artist Kayla Stikeleather within 72 hours or the client fails to make an on-time payment without notification. This contract may be disolved within twenty four hours of confirmation by the Client or Artist without pentaly or liability.
Final Notice
All artwork is provided to the Client is considered final works. Changes may be made as listed above after which no changes will be made and payment must be sent to Artist Kayla Stikeleather via digital invoice. Failure to make payment will result in legal action and the loss of availablity to schedule bookings or purchase art from Artist Kayla Stikeleather. I acknowledge that I am ordering a digital piece of art work created in Procreate and will receive a digital file as my work-of-art and not a physical product.
This contract is legally binding and processed in the State of North Carolina. All infractions will be processed through the State of North Carolina and/or the federal government of the United States of America.
