Application Review Guidelines

* Full time student applicants don't typically need a Prepaid Credit Check. Instead, this form should be completed by their Cosigner/Guarantor.

However, each full time student housemate/roommate must still submit their own separate rental application.*

This one-time pre-paid credit check fee is a hold that will be processed when the associated rental application is reviewed and processed. Approved rental applications are transferable to other rental properties within a 90 time period, so only one credit check fee is required per applicant or cosigner. Simply contact leasing@fullcirclevt.com to request a transfer (no need to re-submit your application or make another prepayment).
