Note for Undergraduate Applicants

If you are a full-time undergraduate student under 24 years old, you do not need to submit this credit/background check prepayment form.

However, each student applicant must still complete their own rental application and provide the full name, email address, and cell phone number of their cosigner/guarantor.

This one-time pre-paid credit check fee is a hold that will be processed when the associated rental application is reviewed and processed. Approved rental applications are transferable to other rental properties within a 90 time period, so only one credit check fee is required per applicant or cosigner. Simply contact leasing@fullcirclevt.com to request a transfer (no need to re-submit your application or make another prepayment).

Cosigner / theGuarantors Guidelines

Cosigners or theGuarantors program may be considered for applicants who are close to meeting our approval guidelines but need additional support for either income or credit. These options are not intended to offset major gaps.

To qualify for a cosigner or theGuarantors program:

Applicant must have a credit score of at least 600
Applicant must demonstrate income of at least 1.5 times the monthly rent

Applicants with poor credit or significant income shortfalls may not qualify for either option.
