1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for the Car Show at Chronic Palooza, held at the Crossroads Convention Center on April 21, 2024, you (the "Participant") agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Participation in the event is conditional upon acceptance of all terms. Should you disagree with any part of these terms, do not proceed with registration.
2. Eligibility
The event is open to all private, dealer, and commercially owned cars and vehicles.
Participants must be the legal owner of the vehicle or have explicit permission from the owner to enter the vehicle in the show.
All vehicles must be insured and roadworthy, with valid registration at the time of the event.
3. Registration and Fees
Participants must complete the registration process and pay any applicable fees prior to the event to secure a spot.
Registration fees are non-refundable, except in the case of event cancellation by the organizers.
4. Vehicle Requirements
Vehicles must adhere to the event's safety and presentation standards. This includes but is not limited to cleanliness, maintenance, and compliance with environmental regulations.
The organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or participation to any vehicle not meeting the event standards.
5. Safety and Conduct
Participants are responsible for the safe operation of their vehicles within the event premises.
Reckless driving, illegal activities, or any form of harassment by participants will result in immediate expulsion from the event.
6. Display and Judging
Participants agree to have their vehicles in place by the time specified by the organizers and to not remove them until the end of the show unless given explicit permission by an event official.
Judging will be conducted by a panel selected by the organizers, and their decisions will be final.
7. Liability
The organizers will not be held responsible for any damage, theft, or loss of vehicles, personal property, or any injury to participants or attendees occurring during the event, except in cases of gross negligence by the organizers.
Participants are liable for any damages their vehicle or actions cause to the venue, other attendees, or other vehicles.
8. Photography and Media
Participants grant permission for the organizers and media covering the event to use images or footage of their vehicles for promotional, news, or commercial purposes without compensation.
9. Changes and Cancellations
The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the event schedule, location, or terms and conditions as necessary. Participants will be notified of significant changes.
In the event of cancellation, registration fees will be refunded in full.
10. Compliance
All participants must comply with local and federal laws at all times during the event.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes related to the Car Show will be resolved through mediation between the involved parties, with a commitment to act in good faith.
