Please read the following information carefully before submitting the online vendor application:
UNITY FIELD VENDOR BOOTH FEES:
Before October 18th- $50 / Non-Profit $40
After October 18th- $75 / Non-Profit $65
UNITY FIELD FOOD VENDOR BOOTH FEES:
Before October 18th- $100 / Non-Profit $75
After October 18th- $125 / Non-Profit $100
1. Applications and payment must be received by October 18, 2024. Checks, cash, money orders, Visa and MasterCard are accepted. After October 18, 2024 payments will include a $25.00 late fee. Booth fees and late fees are considered donations and refunds will not be issued for any reason.
2. All vendors are responsible for providing their own 10 x 10 tent, tables and chairs.
3. Outside booths will be placed along the back side of the car show field. Electrical hookup is not available. Provide your own generator, if needed.
4. All vendors must sell from their booths only. No soliciting from any area other than your own rented booth. Booths must be maintained from 9:00 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. No breaking down early.
5. Applications must indicate items to be sold or displayed.
6. Absolutely NO READY TO EAT FOOD, FOOD SAMPLES OR DRINKS may be sold from craft sales booths. If you are a already prepared and packaged food sales vendor please note that as these are allowed (Texas cottage law applies).
7. Each vendor is responsible for their trash cleanup at the conclusion of the event.
8. Each vendor is solely responsible for paying sales tax.
9. All food vendors are required to obtain a temporary permit from the City of Mineral Wells Health Department at their own cost. Under no circumstance will a vendor be allowed to operate without a permit. Non-profit organizations must obtain a health permit. No food permits will be issued on the premises. 10. All vendors using generators or cooking food, please be aware that you will need a permit from Mineral Wells. If you have questions you can contact the Mineral Wells Fire Department (940) 328-7730. Vendors will be assigned booth spaces by Unity Field coordinators. You will be contacted with your number, location, and other important information about a few days prior to the
event.
11. All booths must be safely constructed and not constitute a hazard. Walkways must remain clear at all times.
12. Anyone violating any of the above rules may be asked to leave and can be denied participation in future events.
13. All booths with registration will get a flag and tag for their booth a $40.00 value on Unity Field. Once approved you will recieve an email asking for information for the flag tag.
14. Set-up times are Saturday Morning (7:00am-9:00am). Car show participants will start showing up at 8:30 am as registration starts for the car show.
15. The undersigned hereby does release the Unity Field committe and its respective officers, and agents from any and all claims, demands, rights, or causes of action of whatsoever kind of nature which the undersigned has ever had or may now have or may hereafter have, whether now known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen, arising from or by reason of or any way connected with any injuries, losses, damages, property damage or loss, or the results thereof, which heretofore has even or hereafter may be sustained by the undersigned as a result of or in connection with or arising out of the undersigned’s participation in the Unity Field.
16. I have read the above Terms & Conditions, including, without limitation, the release, and understand all terms stated herein. I execute this agreement voluntarily and with full knowledge of its significance.
ADDITIONAL POLICIES AND REQUIREMENTS FOR FOOD VENDORS:
1. For all food vendors: Cooking that produces grease-laden vapor requires a Class K Fire extinguisher within 30 feet of the appliance, and must be currently tagged and serviced (within 1 year).
2. Food Trucks must register with the City of Mineral Wells prior to the Festival. A copy of your Food Truck registration with City of Mineral Wells must be provided to Unity Field on or before November 2, 2024. Registration form and City requirements.
3. LIABILITY INSURANCE ($1 Million per occurrence minimum) is required of food vendors and a CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE MUST ACCOMPANY APPLICATION. Steel Hope must be a named insured on your policy.

POLICY OF MINERAL WELLS FIRE/EMS
Food Trucks, Special Events, and Outside Cooking. Not including residential properties.
Appliances that produce “grease-laden vapors” used for commercial purposes require a Type I vent hood system including a UL 300-approved fire suppression system. Currently tagged and serviced (within 6 months).
Cooking that produces grease-laden vapor requires a Class K fire extinguisher within 30 ft. of the appliance. Currently tagged and serviced (within 1 year).
Propane cylinders larger than 2.5 pounds shall be kept outside.
Propane cylinders larger than 125 pounds must be kept a minimum of 5 ft. away from lot lines, buildings, and public ways.
Propane cylinders must be secured.
