1. This event will be held at the Riverfront in Downtown Antioch on 2nd & G Street Antioch, CA. Open to the public at 12 pm on Sat Dec 7th, 2024. Event includes Music, Wine & Beer, food and arts and craft vendors. Tear Down is 5pm - 7pm. No Sooner. Vehicles will be allowed in to load up after crowd dissipates. This is a rain or shine event. Booth fee will not be refunded due to weather. No refunds on cancellations. This is a tobacco free event and no smoking is allowed in your booth.
2. Set up time for all vendors is from 10am-12pm NO Earlier.
3. Fees are $40.00 for Hand Crafts and for Direct Sales for a 10 ft. X 10 ft. space. Larger spaces are available upon request at additional cost. Number of spaces is limited, so applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. All fees must be paid at time of application. Application deadline is Nov 24th or till Full.
Please provide your own Canopy “pop-up”, tables, table covers, displays, decorations, signs and equipment. This is an outdoor event so we strongly recommend that you have a canopy. Please be sure to bring proper weights as we are on the delta and it can get windy. No sale of food, alcohol, tobacco, firearms, weapons, live animals or hazardous waste is allowed *All participants shall be responsible for collecting and paying state and local taxes.
